Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates:
A flat shipping fee of $5 per item applies to all orders.

Delivery Methods & Estimated Timeframes:

Standard Shipping: 5-12 business days
Express Shipping: 2-5 business days

Delivery times may vary due to destination, carrier, or customs delays. Vigor Ocean Limited is not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control.

International Orders:
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.

Returns & Exchanges for Bags:
We understand that bags are an important investment. Please note the following for returns:

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging.
Personalized or customized bags cannot be returned.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
